Lana Beth Evans Jenkins

Lana Beth Evans Jenkins, 57, of Claremont passed away March 6, 2006, in Claremont. She was born November 30, in Webster City, Iowa and resided in Claremont 27 years. Lana worked in sales at Mervyn's. She graduated from Webster City High School and Patricia Stevens College, Omaha, Nebraska. She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Claremont. Lana is survived by a daughter, Amber Renee Jenkins of Claremont; son, Brandon Michael Jenkins of San Diego; sister, Laura Schnabel of Des Moines, IA; brother, Charles Evans, of Webster City, IA; several nieces and nephews; and one great-nephew. Services were held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Webster City, Iowa on March 11, 2006. Interment was in Graceland Cemetery, Webster City, IA. Memorial services will be held locally at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Claremont at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 19, 2006. Todd Memorial Chapel in charge of arrangements.

Note:

Lana Beth Evans Jenkins was the second daughter of Ivan and Lauretta Evans. Grandaugher of Lyle and Pearl (Gordon) Evans. The family resided in Winterset from 1950 to 1958. Lana attended North Ward elementry school.
