Stephen Gowin was my gt gt gt grandfather. His daughter Nancy Jane married Samuel Adams Gordon and live most of their lives in Madison and Adair county Iowa. Their son Lincoln married Sadie Koons, and their daughter Ida Pearl was my grandmother.
