Miss Beverly J. Ashley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence H. Ashley, Rochester, formerly of Watertown, was married to Robert C. Knight, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold E. Knight, 653 Thompson street, at noon today in the Blessed Sacrament church, Rochester, with Rev. James Cosgrove, pastor, officiating. The bride wore a gown of silk organza over taffeta styled with a scalloped neckline, trimmed with Alencon lace and pearls and a bell shaped skirt accented with sprays of lace trimmed with bugle beads and pearls and ending in a chapel train. Her elbow length veil of illusion was held by a headpiece of petals and trimmed with pearls and sequins. Miss Jane McCauley was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Patricia Crary, Miss Nancy Conrad, and Miss Cynthia Tomkin, George Mathar was best man. Ushers were Ronald LaMora, Lonnie White, and James Martone. A reception was held at the Hospitality house in Fairport. For their trip to the Pocono mountains the bride will wear a winter white three piece knit suit with matching accessories and an orchid corsage. The couple will live at 24 Oxford street, Brockport. Mrs. Knight is employed by Richard J. Katz and Company Inc., in Rochester. Mr. Knight is a senior at Brockport State University college.
