Gaspar Koons (b. November 8, 1759, d. November 8, 1820)
Gaspar Koons (son of Hans Diebold Cuntz and Elizabeth Susan Dick) was born November 8, 1759 in Frederick CO. MD, and died November 8, 1820 in Richmond,IN. He married (1) Mercy Presnell in N.C.. He married (2) Abigale Piggott on November 3, 1797.
Gaspar Koons:
Gasper moved with his brothers John and George to Rowan/Randolph County, NC and Wilkes/Ashe County, NC.
Gasper first married Mercy [Massie ] Presnell.Mercy was born in PA. She died about 1796/97
Gasper 's second marriage was to Abigail Piggott on November 3, 1797.
In 1800 Gaspar lived in Randolph County, NC. He moved to Wayne County, IN . He appears in the 1815 tax list for Ashe County, NC.
Gaspar , sons John and Jasper were Quakers.
