Death of Mrs. Olof Johnson

Mrs. Olof Johnson, an old and much respected resident of this city, died this afternoon at 2 o'clock at the family home on John street, at the age of 86 years. The cause of her death was dropsy. Deceased had been sick since last fall and was a great sufferer. Mrs. Johnson was the mother of Mrs. Geo. Ely and John Johnson, both of this city. Four other children who reside in other parts of the country survive her, besides her aged husband.
The funeral arrangements have not yet been made.
